Today we are proud to announce the release of our newest product: the Moozey Mobile Interaction Platform, an invaluable tool for marketing and advertising agencies who want to become active in the mobile field.
Currently there are three types of mobile-solution providers on the market.

Bulk SMS/MMS distributors
This first type employs a push marketing model, which we consider “spammy” and harmful rather than helpful in a marketing sense. Moozey is in no way a push marketing tool and has nothing in common with this type of provider.

Conventional mobile marketing agencies
The second type includes conventional mobile marketing agencies who offer a range of services, from the design of mobile websites to the management of SMS campaigns. The cost of obtaining services from these agencies is often prohibitive, however. Realizing a mobile campaign requires bespoke development and a large investment of human resources in meetings, phone calls, and e-mails, etc. As a result, the development process usually takes weeks to complete and is very expensive, preventing most companies from including mobile services in their standard service portfolio.

Mobile development platforms
Mobile development platforms provide a common framework for developing mobile services and abstracting inconsistencies between different mobile systems. However, building a completely abstracted and uniform platform is difficult to achieve. A great deal of technical expertise —which most marketing and advertising agencies lack— is required to realize value-added mobile services.
With Moozey, our goal was to address the needs of marketing and advertising agencies wanting to become active in the mobile field, but who have been reluctant to do so because of missing expertise and the non-availability of a simple and easy-to-manage solution.
As a white label solution Moozey comes with a broad range of mobile services out of the box specially adapted for the most common marketing scenarios. These services can be fully rebranded and customized with a web-based interface that is easy to use. The mobile services can be combined as desired and are immediately available as a “mobile campaign” via mobile web, 2D barcodes and SMS. An agency utilizing Moozey can create full-scale mobile marketing campaigns for its customers in a very short time without the need for technical know-how.
Besides its simplicity, Moozey also offers detailed use-analysis reports for each service, which can be tracked 24/7 in a completely integrated manner. These sophisticated reports enable real-world campaign analyses, and include daily and hourly conversion distributions, channel based reports, estimated conversion rates, end user information (depending on the service) and a dozen other analytical parameters for evaluating the campaign.
With new and more advanced mobile devices —such as the iPhone— being released every day, the face of mobile interaction has changed.
